AeroBecks is an exciting new business that aims to provide the people of Wigan with modern aerobics and the opportunity to become active regardless of age, fitness levels and ability.  Our mission is to provide  aerobic exercise  for  a  better  quality  of  life for anybody  who  has  the  desire  to  make a change. We do not perform miracles but we do guarantee results. It is very important these days to do some sort of exercise, as more people become couch potatoes, AeroBecks fitness is here with specialist instructors to give you the opportunity to become more active.

Our  personal  trainers  and  class  instructors  constantly  keep  up  to  date  with  the  latest training techniques, providing you with great workouts and even better results.
We  at  AeroBecks aerobics understand  that  every  individual  has  different  needs  and  we believe we can meet those needs, whether through the aerobic based activity, group aerobics activity or in the comfort of your own home.
Our principle instructor is Becky Martin is fully qualified in ETM Exercise to Music and NVQ gym instructor. Becky is fully trained in first aid.

Becky decided to run her own classes after working for some of the big names in the Wigan aerobics classes network, she aims to bring a more up to date type of class that gives better value for money than the corporate companies.
This site gives people a chance to see what my classes involve and where they are held at.
Each class includes:

MOBILITY      (Prepare the joints for activities to come)
WARM UP       (Gradually increases the body temperature)
STRETCHES     (prepare the muscles for activity)                                             

AEROBIC CURVE (Keep the participants within the desired target heart rate range)                                                                                                                                               
COOL DOWN     (To gradually lower the heart rate)
STRETCHES     (To promote and increase flexibility)

Classes last from 45mins up to 1 Hour.
